04/21/2011:
Pooja Aggarwal was recently accepted as one of twenty speech language
pathologists across all of North America into the competitive Childhood
Apraxia of Speech Intensive Training Institute hosted by the Childhood Apraxia
of Speech Association of North America (CASANA). This
intensive
training opportunity provides a small, select group of experienced
pediatric speech-language pathologists with advanced training in the
diagnosis and treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech. This
experience is intended to provide North American-based speech-language
pathologists who already have significant experience with Childhood
Apraxia of Speech an opportunity to become “master clinicians" who can
serve as local/regional experts and as potential mentors for fellow
clinicians.
